How Can I Do A Credit Card Mail Order?


By far, the easiest way to shop with us on The Radio Shopping Show is to do a credit card mail order. In order for us to be able to automatically mail certificates to you, we need to have a credit card on file. You can register your credit card with us during any of our Road Shows, at our Redemption Center, or by calling our Business line at 702-221-1200, Monday through Friday between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.


What Is A Road Show?


The Radio Shopping Show sets up our business at participating area sponsors and allows you the opportunity to pick up your certificates and make additional purchases close to your home. How Can I Become A Member?


There are several ways that you can quickly and easily become a member of The Radio Shopping Show and get your keytag. You can signup right here through our website. You can sign up at any of our Road Shows or at our Redemption Center. It costs nothing to signup and there are no annual fees.


How Do I Find Out The Price Of An Item?


The best way to find out the price of an item on the Radio Shopping Show is to listen or call in to the Show. This will allow you to have the most current information about the item you're interested in. You can also find out information during any of our Road Shows or scheduled Redemption Center hours. All items are usually 40 to 60 percent off the retail value. So if you were interested in a $20 certificate, your cost would usually be between $8 and $12.

What Do I Do If A Certificate Is Not Honored?


If for any reason a certificate is not being accepted, or the business has closed, contact the Radio Shopping Show prior to the expiration date. Call our business line at 702-221-1200 during business hours Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. through 6 p.m. and ask for the Radio Shopping Show Coordinator. We do stand behind all of our certificates and if a certificate does not work, we will be happy to exchange it for another certificate(s). Cash refunds are not given. Please note, once a certificate expires it has no value and cannot be returned or extended.


How Many Days Do I Have To Pick Up My Order?


You have seven days from the date you ordered certificates to pick them up. If don't pick them up within seven days you will be charged a mailing fee and certificates will be sent out to the address on file.
