Yoga develops positive body awareness, improves self-confidence, concentration, patience & problem solving skills. Heather has practiced Yoga for the past 9 years. She participated in both prenatal & post-partum gentle Hatha Yoga. She teaches the Satyananda (Sot-tin-yanda) style of Hatha Yoga from the Bihar School in India, for adults, teens, prenatal & post-partum Mommy & Me, & Yoga for Children (ages 4-11).
